Yoga is many things and can be different for every person. No two practices are alike whether day to day or student to student. Yoga is a space; an opportunity to explore your own movement and awareness and this is your space.

Yoga invites you to return to yourself; to find equilibrium within your body and mind. Using yoga as a tool to explore the subtle can be very rewarding by offering self-study, reflection, relaxation, strength and confidence. Yogis also enjoy enhanced mood, energy and integration of body and mind habits.

Practice on the mat is practice for how to function off the mat. We look forward to sharing a practice and our experience with you.
