Holiday Restorative Yoga

Relax and renew the nervous system with Restorative yoga. Calibrate the intricacies of the body and enjoy passive innervation of muscles with fully-supported, restful poses.
Poses are happily supported with the use of soft props including blankets, bolsters, weighted sandbags and eye pillows. Restorative yoga helps relieve general anxiety, depression and stress.
Release into longer-held poses while maintaining awareness and connecting to a more profound stillness. Excellent for joint and muscle repair. Great companion to an active practice.
Warm temperature, lighting and aroma will be used to enhance this relaxing session. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
