Join us for a quiet moment to practice meditation and mindfulness. Brief thoughts on meditation and meditation techniques at each session. Q & A at 5:15 as need arises.
All are welcome, no prior meditation experience required or expected. Wear comfortable clothing. Chairs, blankets and bolsters are available. Bring your own meditation cushion or bench if you have one.
Instruction may include: how to sit, breathing techniques, concentration, dealing with distractions, etc. The 60 min session will be broken up into shorter seated meditations. Each seated meditation will last from 5 to 20 minutes with some walking meditation in between.
