Spring Schedule: March - May 2019
The studio is 'open' around class times only or by appointment.
If you are a new student, please arrive just a few minutes early to your first session so that we can chat about your ability and goals. This will help your instructor create a beneficial class both for you and other students in attendance.
The door will be open about 15 minutes prior and locked about 5 minutes after the start time of each class.
All students are required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to each session.
Signing in to class online is not necessary but encouraged. Create a login/password for the Lotus Root MINDBODY site or app to sign in to class or make a purchase online.
Refrain from eating 1-2 hrs prior to practicing yoga for most comfort.
Wear movable clothing preferably in breathable fabrics. Bring water or any personal props you may use.
Classes are accommodating to most skill levels and include the use of mats, props and some custom instruction. See you in the studio!
